My Story!
So 2017 I researched property and that’s what I decided I was going to do, I bought a business in a box estate agency and set off on my journey in property. Running an estate agent started well but it again just didn’t produce the income I wanted. I started looking at different property strategies, rent to rent, serviced accommodation, HMOs, property developments etc.
I started by investing into rent-to-rent apartments in Reading town centre using an investor’s money. They performed exceptionally well so I decided to take more units on and at the same time started to source and offer properties to other property investors. Both businesses grew rapidly and enabled me to start opening other businesses, such as property sourcing training, developments, high end luxury brokerage, car body repair training centre, business finance, and buying and selling businesses.
